Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Qanah Collection.

All items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase (excluding orders that include a Pre-Order). Please allow 3-4 business days during national holidays. All packages are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday.

 Shipping and Transit times begin after order is processed. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

 Priority and Overnight Orders are processed same day if received by shipping cut-off time of 2pm. FedEx 2-day shipping doesn't include weekends. 

 **Please be advised that FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes

 **Additionally, nationwide, and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: A shipment that is refused for any reason, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. 

We do not refund original shipping charges for orders that are refused for delivery at customs.

Cancelling or Editing Orders

To ensure you receive your package in the guaranteed time frame, we cannot edit or cancel orders after they are placed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unused/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery (excluding weekends and holidays).   • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return. Original shipping cost and return shipping fees are non-refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing and delivery. 
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please keep your tracking number

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

Refunds are only issued if there is a defect or shipment error on behalf of

Qanah Collection.

 Sale items are all final sale. No exchanges, no refunds!

 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If there is an issue where a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we will contact the carrier and file a claim. If the claim is denied and the package cannot be recovered, we will not replace or refund any lost or stolen packages.
